Caroline started her career by working in public sector research, which sparked a particular interest in speaking to hard to reach audiences. More recent experience has involved retail, food and NPD.

Caroline enjoys multi method approaches that involve bringing the numbers to life by probing the whys, and loves really getting to know people, whether this is rummaging through their wardrobes or joining families for dinner as they get their kids to try new products.

Caroline enjoys the opportunity to present data in new ways to, helping clients to understand the key insights, and making it easy for them to share this wider in their organisation.
