Wendy Mitchell, founder and CEO of RDSi with a passion for research and what it can deliver to clients’ businesses. Our skill is enabling people to share with us what they really think and feel, to push ourselves to find new ways to explore how people really behave, combining rigorous analytical thinking with creativity, constantly challenging the status quo to reach better outcomes for our clients.

We have to adapt to new challenges, to innovate and that’s exciting. That has enabled me to continue to manage and grow RDSi with one foot in the now and one foot in the future, whilst staying true to our philosophy and our commitment to deliver excellent research and consultancy. I look forward to working with you.
