Miranda started off her research career with a digital specialism, using new tools to get as close as possible to consumers and their lifestyles and behaviours. Now, she conducts qualitative research globally across numerous sectors, with a special knowledge of personal care.

She relishes discovering the little fascinating details about consumers and their relationship to brands and products. Miranda has a passion for condensing and communicating ideas to others in a thought provoking way, and is most satisfied when she sees insights make a real difference in the businesses of her clients.
