The Business Issue
An educational provider wanted to generate ideas for new ways of learning, appropriate and relevant for the millennial target. They had a key focus on the potential role of technology.
What We Did
We ran a co-creation session with millennials & clients. We invited 8 millennials aged 18-24 years to join RDSi and clients in the session. With workshop style tasks, we were able to explore key topics including an insight into their lives, future learning opportunities including qualifications and skills and how/where technology fits. It was an interactive session where clients were able to connect & speak first hand to their target audience through out.
We were able to generate potential innovation areas for delivering training and courses to millennials.
